Fitness & Medical Disclaimer

Last updated September 21, 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully before beginning the MT Blueprint™ program. By using the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Not Medical Advice

The Program provides general fitness and educational content only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a physician–patient, therapist–client, or trainer–client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your health, a medical condition, or an exercise program.

2. Consult a Healthcare Professional First

Before starting this or any exercise program, consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider — especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, are over 45 and have not exercised regularly, have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, asthma, joint, bone, or back problems, have had recent surgery, or take medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or balance.

  • If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, or joint pain during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
  • Do not start the Program if a healthcare professional has advised you not to exercise.
  • If you have been inactive, begin gradually and progress at a pace appropriate to your fitness.

3. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, fractures, joint or back injury, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases serious injury or death. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, selecting appropriate loads and modifications, and using safe equipment and proper form.

4. No Supervision

The Program is self-guided. No instructor is present to observe your technique, correct your form, or respond to an emergency. You are solely responsible for your own safety, environment, and equipment, and for exercising in a safe space with adequate warm-up and cool-down.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors outside our control, including your consistency, effort, health, nutrition, sleep, and genetics. We make no promise or guarantee of any specific result.

6. Not a Substitute for Professional Guidance

The Program does not replace personalized advice from a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or certified personal trainer. If you need individualized programming, rehabilitation, or nutritional guidance, consult an appropriate professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MT BLUEPRINT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, YOUR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS DISCLAIMER. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PROGRAM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using the Program, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in an exercise program, that you have consulted a healthcare professional where appropriate, that you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety, and that you agree to these terms.
