Privacy Policy
Last updated September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information MT Blueprint™ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Program, its website, and any related services. By using the Program, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us and a limited amount of technical information generated when you use the Program.
- Account information: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password if you register with email and password.
- Purchase information: your purchase status, order reference, amount, and currency. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
- Training activity: the workouts and days you mark complete, and any notes you choose to save.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, and usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Program.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, grant and manage access to the Program, save and display your progress, process and confirm payments, respond to support requests, send service-related messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Program. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout and are never stored by us. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, along with limited details such as the amount, currency, and a transaction reference, so we can unlock your access and keep accurate records.
4. When We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Program, and only with parties who are required to protect it.
- Service providers: our payment processor, hosting, database, and email providers, who process data on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: where we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or a valid legal request.
- Protection of rights: where necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent parts of the Program from working properly.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account and training data for as long as your account exists so your progress remains available to you. Purchase records are retained as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can update your name and email in your account settings, and you can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Program, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we collect and to have it deleted. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
We and our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and we will provide additional notice where the changes are material.
